Crazy Blogger Launches!

I'm right in the middle of a huge build for a new software rollout that happens next week. I've been able to build the first two modules, and I'm waiting for user feedback on the content.

It's interesting to work in the field of training. I got the assignment last week, and the project rolls out on the 30th of April. No pressure there (wink, wink) to get the projects completed and ready to roll on time.

One thing I've learned from 25 years of experience in the field of Corporate Training- learn to consult your crystal ball often. If you even suspect that a project is going to have training attached to it, start learning and gathering your information early on. It's a lot easier to edit in a crunch than it is to build in a crunch. It also makes you look like a genius when you pull of impressive training modules in 1/2 the time estimated for the project.
